Man Cut off his own Genitals for Sale

I really dont understand the kind of brains some people have. How else would you explain someone cutting off his own gentials in a bid to sell them. Amlawian police confirmed that Pilirani Lazaro of Dowa was hospitalised at Kamuzu Central Hospital after he cut his genitals which he wanted to sell.
