Liyel Imoke Wins Cross Rivers Election

Senator Liyel Imoke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has emerged winner of the February 25 governorship election in Cross River State.

Imoke polled 451, 544 votes which was 90.11 per cent of the  total votes cast in the election. His closest rival, Pastor Usani Usani of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) had 31, 026 votes.
